Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team with a focus on the Technology sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions and a passion for advising innovative companies through pivotal moments in their growth and transformation. Experience in running sell-side M&A transaction is a must.



What We're Looking For

  • Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and delivering financial solutions.
  • Oversee the development of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelors' degree
  • Minimum Required: 3 to 6 years investment banking experience as a financial analyst and associate, or similar experience in a legal firm


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
