Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of presentation materials including pitch books and information memos.
• Perform financial analysis on companies including ratio analysis, comps, and models.
• Prepare transaction memos, credit analyses, and ratings analysis.
• Draft concise market commentary and trends analyses.
• Maintain databases and market comparables.
• Review legal documents and draft closing memos.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, and relationship teams to gather information.
