Nao Now is seeking experienced educators to teach 1-on-1 English to children aged 5-12 using IB-aligned content. This fully remote, part-time independent contractor position requires a minimum of 10 teaching hours per week.

Ideal candidates are native English speakers with IB familiarity and strong communication. All curriculum and materials are provided; lesson planning is not required and training is unpaid.

Qualifikationen

• Native English speaker required.
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a bachelor's program.
• Experience working with children ages 5–12.
• Familiarity with International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable wired internet connection (min 60 Mbps).
• Quiet, professional teaching environment.
• Headset (noise-cancelling preferred).

• Teach 25-minute, one-on-1 English lessons to children ages 5-12.
• Deliver engaging lessons using Nao Now's curriculum.
• Apply inquiry-based, student-centered teaching approaches.
• Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and communication.
• Connect classroom topics to real-world interests.
• Help students express ideas clearly in English.
• Maintain a positive, interactive online learning space.
• Provide thoughtful feedback after each lesson.
• Present a professional, energetic on-camera presence.
