Job summary

Qualifications

Requires valid Michigan Secondary Teaching Certificate with one or more of BA/BC/BD/BX certifications.
Experience with IB MYP unit planner and/or DP course development preferred.
Proven ability to work with historically underachieving students and close achievement gaps.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement the MYP and DP program with fidelity per IB Standards and Practices.
Support School Improvement Plan and IB initiatives across the program.
Use IB criteria and Learner Profile to guide instruction and assessment.
Develop and write MYP/DP units with Michigan standards alignment.
Collaborate across grade/content areas to refine units and inquiry-based projects.
Communicate regularly with parents and community via multiple channels.
