Job summary

Fridley Public Schools is seeking a 1.0 FTE Math teacher for Fridley High School as a long-term substitute starting October 26, 2026 through January 15, 2027. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Minnesota licensure is required for the specific assignment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and delivering effective instructional program for assigned students
• Responsible to establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning within the classroom and assist in same throughout the building
• Responsible for the assessment of student progress
• Responsible for collaborating with teaching and learning department, principals, parents, IB coordinators, other staff and professional learning communities to ensure student needs are being met.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Minnesota Department of Education teaching license required for specific assignment
