Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant finance experience and post-secondary degree.
• Undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, economics, or accounting.
• MBA degree preferred.
• 3+ years of investment banking or valuation experience at analyst level.
• Knowledge of capital markets and applicable regulations.
• Credit analysis experience.
• Solid deal execution and project management skills.
• Strong quantitative analytics, financial modeling and credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participates in deal teams to develop, present, and win mandates.
• Creates pitch books for clients and presents financial solutions.
• Builds financial models to analyze client portfolios.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and diversifies client portfolios.
• Reviews accounts and conducts due diligence on industry trends.
• Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to execute strategies.
• Mentors Analysts and delivers feedback on performance.
• Monitors industry trends and regulatory developments.
