Job summary

Muriel Siebert & Co., LLC is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join its lean, entrepreneurial team. The role focuses on live transactions from pitch to close, offering significant responsibility and client contact beyond typical analyst duties.

NYC-based; Series licenses required; visa sponsorship not available. You will work directly with Co-Heads of Investment Banking to support capital markets, private placements, and M&A mandates in a high-exposure

Qualifications

Series 7, 63, and 79 required.
1–2 years of investment banking experience.
In-person NYC-based role.
No visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of capital markets transactions, private placements, and M&A mandates.
Build and maintain financial models, comps analyses, and transaction economics.
Prepare pitch books, board presentations, investor materials, and internal memos.
Conduct company, industry, and market research for origination and client meetings.
Assist with due diligence and review of financial statements and filings.
Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams throughout the deal process.
Work with equity and debt sales teams on live transactions.
Manage deal administration and workflow on active mandates.
