Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Prior teaching experience required.
• New York Teaching License Certification in process or earned.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver culturally responsive, engaging lessons that support learning in a diverse classroom.
• Plan instruction using data and strong content knowledge with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and instructional leaders for student growth.
• Set clear expectations and routines to create a warm, supportive learning environment.
• Build a culturally sustaining classroom where all students feel valued and safe.
• Partner with caregivers and coordinate family meetings as needed.
