Job summary

Fisher Dynamics in Saint Clair Shores, MI seeks an IATF Business Management Representative to manage ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 across multiple facilities. Travel domestically for audits is required.

The role focuses on developing BMS documentation, coordinating internal and external audits, and training auditors to maintain certification readiness. Strong communication, leadership, and QA tools knowledge are essential to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience, Lead Auditor certs preferred.
• 5+ years leading ISO-9001/IATF 16949 corporate efforts.
• Strong written/verbal communication across all levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ISO9000 / IATF 16949 documentation with requirements.
• Standardize processes across FD Corporate and facilities.
• Train staff on BMS procedures and customer requirements.
• Schedule internal audits, report findings, drive improvements in PLEX.
• Coordinate external audits with cert bodies and update CARA.
• Organize management reviews for US facilities.
• Collect KPI data and report performance to management.
• Manage CAPA reporting for audits and ensure compliance.
• Stay current with IATF changes and communicate to teams.
• Represent FD in customer audits and special assessments.
• Review updates to specs and impact on systems; train auditors.
