Carlex Glass Manufacturing in Nashville, TN seeks a Quality Leader to ensure IATF and ISO compliance, lead PPAP documentation, and drive continual improvements across production lines. You will partner with Corporate Quality and plant teams to validate processes, inspect finished products, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field.
• Or high school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• IATF Internal Auditor certification is required.
• Willingness to travel for plant reviews and audits.

Responsabilités

• Lead PPAP documentation end-to-end: Control Plans, DVP&R, PFMEA, and Standardized Work.
• Maintain compliance with IATF16949 and ISO 9001 and customer-specific systems.
• Communicate significant quality issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with Corporate Quality and the Quality Manager to define and implement quality controls.
• Guide audits and inspections of processes and finished products to ensure quality and reliability.
• Travel occasionally to assembly plants to review products and collaborate with customer personnel.
