Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS seeks a Senior IAMD Capability Analyst to understand, coordinate, and execute IAMD capabilities for Nimble Fire and the JRICM study, supporting JIAMDO’s modeling events.

You will coordinate with Combatant Command stakeholders, assess current and emergent IAMD capabilities, and provide SME guidance on fighters, missiles, radars, kill chains, and CI/CT relationships to ensure accurate portrayal in studies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IAMD or related area, with 5+ supporting Joint Staff/OSD/Service HQ/CCMD HQ.
• Active TS clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing and emergent IAMD capabilities and provide SME in IAMD systems, concepts and issues.
• Provide liaison support with Combatant Command to ensure accurate portrayal of capabilities in Nimble Fire and JRICM study.
• Support the Capabilities Assessment Branch and coordinate requirements across Services and Commands for Joint IAMD studies.

Overview

As a Senior IAMD Capability Analyst for Nimble Fire and the Joint Regional IAMD Capability Mix (JRICM) study, you will be responsible for understanding, interpreting, coordinating, and executing IAMD capabilities for the Combatant Command at the Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization’s (JIAMDO’s) Nimble Fire Modeling and Simulation events

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing existing and emergent IAMD capabilities and providing subject matter expertise in IAMD systems, concepts, and issues including, but not limited to:
  • fighter aircraft, surface-to-air missile systems, non-kinetic weapons, radar systems, kill chain analysis, operational planning, command and control relationships, and others.
• Provide direct support as a liaison with the Combatant Command conducting planning/coordination to ensure accurate portrayal of current and future capabilities at Nimble Fire and the JRICM study.
• Support the Capabilities Assessment Branch and be responsible for understanding, interpreting, coordinating, and executing Service, Agency, and Combatant Command requirements related to specific capabilities, as they pertain to Joint IAMD studies and analysis.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree
• At least ten (10) years of professional experience within IAMD or a related area, a minimum of five (5) of which include supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ.
• Security clearance: Active TS, SCI and SAP eligible
• US Citizenship required.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $180,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
