Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned IAM leader in Massachusetts to drive large-scale identity and access management programs. You will mentor a diverse team of IAM/PAM developers, analysts, and admins while aligning delivery with enterprise technology standards.

Responsibilities include designing scalable IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ), overseeing lifecycle processes, RBAC governance, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Identity & Access Management with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience implementing IAM solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent.
• Background in Java application development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Experience with access certification and governance.
• RBAC and policy-based access control.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization.
• Experience integrating IAM with enterprise systems and applications.
• Experience in program and project management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise IAM transformations.
• Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IAM/PAM developers, system analysts, and system admins.
• Drive delivery practices and alignment with enterprise technology standards.
• Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business, security, and infrastructure teams to align IAM strategy.
• Design and implement scalable IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ).
• Architect identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Architect/design automation for Privilege Access Management.
• Develop RBAC and policy-driven access governance solutions.
• Lead IAM integration with Active Directory, ServiceNow, HR systems.
• Develop IAM roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead large-scale IAM transformation programs (governance, provisioning, certification).
• Oversee end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security IAM controls.
• Oversee IAM platform operations, monitoring, issue resolution, performance optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement through process reengineering and automation.
