Job summary

Search Services is seeking a technical lead to design, implement, and operate advanced IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta. You will guide architecture decisions, ensure secure access, and drive modernization initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will manage MFA, SSPR, and SSO implementations, refine permissions with RBAC, and automate routine tasks with PowerShell to improve efficiency and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive IAM experience with Entra ID, AD, and Okta.
• Preferred: CyberArk and/or Rubrik experience; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of IAM solutions with Entra ID, AD, and Okta.
• Configure Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, and SSO integrations.
• Administer permissions, role assignments, and least-privilege practices across Azure.
• Manage AD topology, DNS, GPOs, and FSMO roles; support disaster recovery.
• Develop automation with PowerShell to support directory administration.
• Stay current with IAM trends and recommend improvements.
