Florida Gulf Coast University seeks an Information Security Analyst II to strengthen its security program on campus. You will implement and monitor controls, administer IAM, investigate threats, and perform risk-based access reviews to protect university data and infrastructure.

Work with IT and academic units to embed security into operations, communicate risk to technical and non-technical audiences, and support ongoing security awareness and improvement across the university.

Qualifications

• Seven years of directly related full-time experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience.
• Experience with wide and local area networks, business applications development and support, systems security, or related experience.
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Administers and maintains IAM controls in alignment with least-privilege principles.
• Designs security items including roles, permission lists, and access interfaces.
• Detects, investigates, and resolves security events and incidents per procedures.
• Manages user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborates with IT and academic units to integrate security controls into workflows.
