Job summary

vSecureLabs is seeking an IAM Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, IL. The role entails designing and managing Identity and Access Management solutions to ensure secure access to enterprise systems. Daily responsibilities include configuring IAM platforms, managing user access, and collaborating with various teams to integrate security tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong IAM skills, hands-on experience with relevant platforms, and familiarity with security compliance frameworks. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s in a related field along with relevant certifications being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Identity and Access Management skills including user lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint or Okta.
• Knowledge of security best practices including SSO and MFA.
• Experience with risk assessment, supporting SOC 1/SOC 2 compliance.
• Ability to work with IT and security teams on IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage IAM solutions for secure access.
• Configure and maintain IAM platforms.
• Monitor access controls and troubleshoot access issues.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate SSO and MFA.
• Document configurations and enhance security posture.
