A remote position for a Senior Manager responsible for leading IAM strategies and operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep IAM expertise, strong leadership, and collaborative skills to ensure secure and scalable access solutions across the organization. This role involves team management and strategic oversight, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
**Remote with ability to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina, Phoenix, Arizona or Morristown, New Jersey, on an as needed basis.
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing execution of the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the organization's IAM program. This role manages a team focused on authentication, authorization, directory services, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management across enterprise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, deep IAM expertise, and a passion for driving secure, scalable, and user-friendly access solutions.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Information Security or Technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Information Security or Technology

The base pay for this position is generally between $190,000 and $250,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
