Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience, particularly in IAM operations.
• Proficient with Identity and Access Management concepts and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage IAM applications and infrastructure for global operational services.
• Engage in problem triage and service restoration.
• Coordinate root cause analysis for service issues.

Skills

Production support experience on Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory

Knowledge of Linux

Networking (TCP/IP)

Information security knowledge
