Job summary

A prominent consultancy firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Digital Security Implementation Analyst to protect enterprise systems and data. This role involves implementing identity and security platforms, managing identity lifecycle processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure security is embedded in system design. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 2+ years in IAM, and hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps.
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
Exposure to IGA platforms such as SailPoint, SecurEnds, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or Microsoft Purview.

Responsibilities

Implement, test, and administer identity and security systems supporting enterprise platforms.
Partner with teams to securely design, deploy, and harden systems.
Embed security controls into system design and operational processes.
Manage identity lifecycle processes including role design and access provisioning.
Administer certificates, secrets, and keys across enterprise applications.
Monitor and triage security logs and assist in mitigating security issues.
Support daily security operations delivering core security services.
Contribute to security awareness initiatives and policy enforcement.
Respond to security incidents and support off-hours incident response.
