Job summary

Prism IT Global is seeking an IAM Architect to assess and evolve the organization’s IAM landscape, covering IGA, PAM, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and federation. You will lead architecture reviews, define standards, and collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Engineering to close gaps and implement scalable patterns.

Qualifications

• Assess IAM landscape across IGA, PAM, SSO, and access governance.
• Gather functional and non-functional IAM requirements.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into IAM architecture principles.
• Define enterprise IAM standards and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews with security, risk, compliance and application teams.
• Review IAM designs for alignment with security controls and architecture standards.
• Drive remediation of architecture gaps and security controls.
• Maintain and expand the catalog of enterprise IAM patterns (≈160+).
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering to ensure implementation fidelity.
