Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or Identity and Access Management.
• Detailed bank-specific access administration knowledge in Windows and/or Midrange and Mainframe platforms, with emphasis on security and access controls.
• Experience leading complex technical projects, meeting target timelines, facilitating project meetings, authoring project documentation, resolving issues, and identifying project resources.
• Excellent process design capability.
• Ability to work effectively across a complex, geographically dispersed organization with technical and non-technical partners.
• Risk-oriented perspective and ability to support access management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual-thinking skills.
• Effective and confident communication and productive collaboration.
• Ability to self-direct project outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with peers and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Desired: experience or relevant coursework with Python, PowerShell, Java, VBA, Angular, SQL/Toad, or similar languages and tools.
• Desired: strong reporting and documentation skills, including Microsoft Visio.
• Desired: data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Grant logical access daily for hundreds of proprietary applications across different technology models and platforms
• Support Identity and Access Management processes and access controls
• Protect bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical organizational units in a geographically dispersed organization
• Lead complex technical projects and meet target timelines
• Facilitate project meetings and author project documentation
• Resolve issues and identify project resources
• Design processes to improve efficiency, mitigate resource conflicts, and improve customer/client experience
• Analyze complex business issues and data, identify root causes, and evaluate multiple factors
• Self-direct project outcomes with minimal supervision to achieve program goals
