Job summary

Vizient seeks an senior IAM engineering leader to own strategy, architecture, and execution of enterprise IAM across SaaS offerings. You will define a multi-year tech roadmap to modernize authentication and authorization, expanding identity services for human and non-human workloads.

You will mentor teams, set engineering standards, and partner with security, product, and ops to align IAM with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant IAM/security/infra leadership.
• Proven ability to influence strategy across execs and peers.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML and fine-grained authorization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year IAM strategy and architecture for enterprise SaaS.
• Lead modernization of authorization using ReBAC/ABAC and Policy-as-Code.
• Develop scalable identity solutions covering human and non-human workloads.
• Oversee IAM platform design, security, availability, and reliability.
• Mentor leaders, drive engineering excellence, and promote AI-enabled practices.
• Collaborate across tech, product, security, and business units.
