- End-to-End IAM Validation: Design, implement, and execute rigorous test strategies for identity lifecycles (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), automated provisioning, birthright access, and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
- Automation Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks (e.g., using Selenium, Cucumber, or JUnit/TestNG) specifically tailored for SailPoint IIQ custom workflows and ISC configurations.
- Code & Configuration Auditing: Dive heavy into engineering activities by analyzing Java/Bean Shell scripts, rule configurations, and XML files within IIQ to pinpoint root causes of implementation defects.
- API & Integration Testing: Validate REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM connectors, and complex directory/database integrations between SailPoint ISC and target applications.
- Regression & Upgrade Management: Lead UAT and technical regression testing during SailPoint IIQ-to-ISC migration phases and platform upgrade cycles.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- SailPoint Expertise: Proven hands-on experience working directly with both SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platforms.
- Engineering Background: Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Bean Shell scripting, XML, and SQL database queries.
- Testing Tooling: Extensive experience with automated testing tools and framework development (e.g., Postman for API testing, Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration, Git for version control).
- IAM Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of identity governance concepts, including lifecycle states, access certification campaigns, workflow customization, and application onboarding.
