Job summary

Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking an IAM Provisioning Specialist II to support provisioning and de-provisioning of access for Associates across applications.

You will process requests per policy, work with the RPA team to design and maintain automation scripts, and ensure RBAC policies are correctly applied. The role involves collaborating with security teams, handling incidents, and contributing to periodic security reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Technical experience can be substituted for education.
• Professional experience conducting identity and access management provisioning tasks.
• Experience administering user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory
• Prior banking experience is beneficial.
• Must have experience providing customer service in an Enterprise level technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain provisioning automation scripts using RPA technology.
• Provision end-user accounts and access privileges in IAM systems and ancillary applications.
• Support Role Based Access Control to ensure correct access based on roles.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and access-related queries via internal service management.
• Lead research for escalated end-user security questions and conditions.
• Assist IAM team with security projects including user reviews and audits.
• Manage IAM tasks for opening/closing banking centers or department transfers.
• Maintain updated procedural documentation for provisioning processes.
• Enforce IAM policies and procedures.
• Review access reports for risks and compliance.
• Provide training to new IAM associates.
