Academy Bank, N.A. is seeking an IAM Provisioning Specialist II to support provisioning and de-provisioning of access for Associates across applications.
You will process requests per policy, work with the RPA team to design and maintain automation scripts, and ensure RBAC policies are correctly applied. The role involves collaborating with security teams, handling incidents, and contributing to periodic security reviews.
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Provisioning Specialist II handles supporting the organization’s Identity and Access Management program, managing, and enforcing all provisioning and de-provisioning of access to Associates within the organization. The IAM Provisioning Specialist will process access requests per policy and guidelines thru several applications.

The work environment is typical of a standard office setting. The position is sedentary 50% of the time, exerting 0 – 50 lbs. of force on rare occasion. Reaching may be required involving extending arms in any direction.
