Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a Production Support Engineer in the United States (Virginia/ Richmond area). The role requires hands-on production support experience, strong IAM, SQL, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Java skills to manage provisioning workflows and application connectivity.

You will troubleshoot incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred candidates may have familiarity with additional IAM platforms or ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Production or application support experience, preferably in IAM.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ, SQL, and Java skills are required.
• Experience supporting provisioning workflows, application connectivity and incident troubleshooting.
