Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Integrator to translate digital access control policies into actionable IAM workflows. You will work with mission partners and data stewards to implement Just-In-Time access and governance-driven solutions.

The role requires robust policy interpretation, strong communication, and collaborative problem solving to support audits and regulatory compliance within secure environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience with IAM/IdAM/ICAM delivery systems and authentication methods.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital policies into operational processes and actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with mission partners, data stewards, and governance stakeholders.
• Guide service teams in Just-In-Time (JIT) access policies for data objects.
• Apply AI techniques to data and policy components to improve workflows and anomaly detection.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track policy performance and compliance.
