Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to support PlainID onboarding, production support, and migration to PlainID SaaS within our US delivery footprint. You will collaborate with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to resolve incidents, assess client IT infrastructure, and design scalable, cost-effective solutions with solid IAM controls.

Required are policy-based authorization knowledge, testing/validation, and experience with ABAC/PBAC/RBAC; experience with PlainID, OPA, Cedar, Ping

Qualifications

• IAM experience and knowledge specifically policy-based authorization.
• Experience in Testing, Validation and access control models.
• Migration experience to SaaS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding to PlainID services and production support.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and document improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate release schedules and environment readiness.
• Lead security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
