Job summary

Pacific Life is actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer. You will be responsible for delivery of Entra ID and Active Directory services to support enterprise infrastructure and applications.

This role requires collaboration with technologists to ensure requirements are met, as well as improving IAM services. A minimum of 10 years in Information Security and experience with directory services platforms are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Security experience, with focus in directory services platforms.
• Detailed knowledge enabling and supporting integrated Entra ID applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Active Directory and Entra ID Operations Engineer for the IAM department.
• Deliver and support the multi-year plan for SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Define best practices and development of troubleshooting processes.
