Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Identity and Access Management Senior Principal Engineer to advance customer IAM capabilities and enterprise security. You will lead design, implementation, and operational performance across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments, delivering robust IAM solutions with automation and proactive monitoring.

The role requires 10+ years of IAM experience, TS/SCI eligibility, and DoD 8140 IAT II compliance, with a focus on advancing enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of identity and access management experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT II compliant knowledge.
• Relevant certifications (Azure/AWS Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE).

The likely salary range for this position is $164,382 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
