MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do will be impactful to the mission of the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DOWIN). Lead/Manage/Support by providing secure configuration management support, testing and technical support across enterprise IT environments. Ensure integrity and accuracy of system configurations by maintaining complete configuration management records. Coordinate, review, and maintain system documentation for enterprise systems and provide guidance to administrators. Support operational organizations with configuration changes, compliance efforts, and technical troubleshooting. Identify, control, record, audit, and verify services and configuration items (CIs), versions, baselines, attributes, and relationships. Provide strategic planning, execution, and management for the design, build, and deployment of enterprise systems across testing, production, and multi-network environments. Design, build, harden, test, and optimize enterprise hardware systems, software components, and technical architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure successful technical outcomes. Drive success and innovation by participating in technical working groups, cross-functional reviews, and enterprise planning efforts and by providing advanced technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to engineering teams.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,130 - $103,224. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
