Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IAM Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This is a remote role that requires strong experience in IAM remediation within the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros, and VLOOKUPs), excellent analytical ability, and strong communication skills to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·Perform IAM remediation tasks including user access review, cleanup, de-provisioning, and entitlement validation.

·Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and address IAM compliance gaps.

·Analyze and reconcile access data using Excel with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros.

·Document access issues, remediation plans, and audit responses.

·Collaborate with IAM architects and security teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

·Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements related to user access.

·Participate in the development of IAM governance policies and process documentation.

·Monitor and track IAM remediation activities across multiple systems and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·Minimum 3 years of experience as an IAM Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

·Strong hands-on experience with IAM remediation, access reviews, and entitlement cleanup.

·Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

·Knowledge of IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, Active Directory) is a plus.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

·Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·Prior experience working in regulated environments with audit/compliance exposure.

·Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or IAM-specific certs are advantageous.

·Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel.
