Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and operate secure authentication and authorization systems. You’ll help evolve access controls, deploy MFA, PAM, and JIT, and collaborate across business and technology teams to maintain strong security posture.

The role emphasizes threat-informed practices, automation via APIs, and continuous learning to stay ahead of evolving attacker techniques within a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with multiple authentication/authorization solutions.
• Experience with identity security solutions (CyberArk, Duo, Okta, etc.).
• Hands-on with enterprise identity platforms and cloud IAM in IaaS.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and implementation of IAM solutions including PAM, MFA, JIT, vaulting.
• Develop requirements for secure authentication methods and threat-driven controls.
• Modernize authentication systems through pilots of emerging technologies.
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver workflows with provisioning and access removal.
• Identify risks and propose secure configurations across environments.
• Lead projects related to core authentication and secure initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, cloud, and application teams.
• Automate IAM tasks using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools.
