TEKsystems in Kansas City, KS seeks an IAM Engineer to bolster an enterprise IAM team responsible for identity services and security operations. The role focuses on Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Privileged Access Management, with a current emphasis on Delinea PAM expertise.

This is a contract-to-hire position offering hybrid work. You will join a small team of engineers, analysts, and a manager to backfill a recent vacancy and help safeguard critical access across the organization

Description

The IAM Engineer will join a small, enterprise-focused Identity and Access Management team supporting company-wide identity services and security operations. The team currently consists of one architect, three engineers, one manager, and four analysts and is backfilling a recently vacated IAM Engineer position. The engineer will support critical IAM technologies and processes, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Privileged Access Management solutions. The organization has an immediate need for expertise in Delinea PAM, which represents the largest skills gap on the team following the departure of a PAM specialist.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
