Florida Blue seeks an IAM Engineer to own cloud identity integration and entitlement design in GuideWell's AWS/GovCloud environments. You will federate from the enterprise IdP, design access across accounts, and automate lifecycle events, while aligning with governance.

The role emphasizes SSO, Terraform automation, and cross‑partition identity patterns for secure, scalable access management. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IAM/security/platform engineering experience, with 3+ years in cloud identity.
• Bachelor's degree required; hands-on AWS/Azure IAM, cross‑account access, federation.
• Experience integrating enterprise IdP (Okta/Entra ID/Ping) with cloud.
• Hands-on with SSO, federation platforms, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM; experience in HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC2/FedRAMP/NIST.

Responsibilities

• Design federation and entitlement models across cloud accounts.
• Automate access lifecycle: joiner, mover, leaver.
• Build workload identity patterns and reduce long‑lived keys.
• Create access recertification and audit evidence.
• Onboard applications to SSO and review access designs.
• Integrate cloud entitlements with enterprise identity governance.
