Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to implement, support, and optimize enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The role focuses on user lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and directory services across Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft Active Directory.

You will manage end-to-end JML processes, configure IAM integrations, and develop automation for provisioning, remediation, and repetitive IAM tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience IAM in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Joiner/Mover/Leaver lifecycle management.
• Experience with Okta for identity, provisioning and onboarding.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC.
• Strong Active Directory and directory services knowledge.
• Experience provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Experience integrating applications with IAM platforms.
• Knowledge of SAML, LDAP, SCIM, and REST/API-based integrations.
• IAM automation and remediation workflow experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, support, and optimize enterprise IAM solutions.
• Manage end-to-end JML processes, including user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning.
• Configure and maintain Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory integrations.
• Perform application onboarding and integrate applications with IAM platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication and federation protocols including SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Develop and support API-based integrations and identity connectors.
• Implement access governance processes, including access reviews, certifications, and remediation.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, provisioning, and access-related issues.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, remediation, and repetitive IAM processes.
• Test and validate application onboarding, integrations, provisioning, and authentication workflows.
• Support IAM migrations, platform upgrades, and identity modernization projects.
• Monitor IAM environments and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and IAM configuration standards.
