Job summary

ISITE TECHNOLOGIES in Dallas, TX, is seeking a CyberArk-focused IAM Engineer to design, implement and administer Privileged Access Management solutions. You will deploy and manage CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA and PTA, onboard privileged accounts, configure password policies and rotation, and enforce least-privilege access across systems.

Your role covers integration with Active Directory/LDAP, SIEM and ticketing platforms, troubleshooting, upgrades, disaster recovery and developing automation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and administer CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Manage privileged accounts onboarding, safes, and access governance.
• Configure and maintain password policies, rotations, and reconciliation.
• Handle PSM for Windows, Linux/UNIX, databases, and network devices.
• Integrate with Active Directory/LDAP, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
• Support upgrades, patches, backup/restore, DR activities.
• Develop automation scripts for onboarding and operations.
• Monitor health, logs, alerts, and support audit requirements.
• Collaborate with security/IAM teams to enforce least-privilege.

Location: Dallas, TX (3days in week onsite)

Job Description:

• Design, implement, configure, and administer CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and PTA.
• Perform privileged account discovery, onboarding, safes creation, and account management.
• Configure and manage password policies, platforms, password rotation, and reconciliation.
• Configure Privileged Session Management (PSM) for Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and other critical systems.
• Manage user access, authentication, RBAC, permissions, and safe-level access controls.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk components, connectivity, authentication, password-management, and session issues.
• Implement integrations with Active Directory/LDAP, SIEM, ticketing systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Support CyberArk upgrades, patches, backup/restore, replication, and disaster recovery activities.
• Develop and maintain automation/scripts for account onboarding and operational tasks.
• Monitor CyberArk health, logs, alerts, and privileged sessions and support security/audit requirements.
• Work with security, IAM, infrastructure, and application teams to implement least-privilege and privileged-access controls.
