Job summary

10x Team is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) consultant to join as a Freelance IAM Consultant – AI Trainer. The role is remote, EU/UK-based, with 8–20 hours per week and project-based work.

You will review AI outputs, assess access control and regulatory alignment, and develop real-world IAM case studies to help improve AI models. This is a flexible freelance opportunity within a collaborative expert network.

Qualifications

• Experienced IAM consultant with a proven track record in identity and access management.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Deep understanding of access control models, authentication, identity governance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to deliver actionable, structured feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance.
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your professional experience in IAM.
• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and articulate gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing clear, structured feedback.
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards.
