Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Automation to lead two core streams in the Cybersecurity & IT Governance organization. You will own the enterprise IAM program and build a centralized automation engineering capability to deliver scalable, production-grade automation across security tools and platforms.

The role requires deep technical leadership, experience with IAM platforms, and a strong track record of driving enterprise automation

Qualifications

12+ years in IT/cybersecurity or software engineering with senior leadership
Proven ownership of enterprise IAM program including governance
Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms and administration
Experience leading automation/DevSecOps function, not just tooling
Excellent executive communication skills; able to articulate strategy to risk committees and C-suite
Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end IAM program: vision, roadmap, governance, budget, reporting
Lead automation engineering and integration teams delivering production-grade automation
Define and enforce SDLC, event-driven architecture, and API-first design across automation
Develop integrations between security tools, IT platforms, HR, and cloud services
Establish an automation platform with reusable components and catalogs
Ensure audit readiness and control alignment across enterprise programs
