Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an IAM Automation Engineer to design and implement enterprise-grade automation for identity and access management. This role focuses on PowerShell, .NET, and Bicep to automate lifecycle management, provisioning, and policy enforcement within Azure environments.

Candidate will build secure, scalable solutions, integrate with Entra ID and AD, and collaborate across engineering, security, and operations to ensure reliable delivery and governance of IAM services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in IAM automation and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, .NET, and Bicep.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Experience managing end-to-end automation lifecycles across multiple environments.
• Ability to collaborate with product management, project teams, QA, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade IAM automation solutions using PowerShell, .NET, and Bicep.
• Build and maintain automation for IAM services including certificate lifecycle management and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Implement secure, reusable, scalable, and compliant automation aligned with enterprise standards.
• Leverage Azure-native services to build event-driven and scalable automation (APIM, Service Bus, Container Apps, Function Apps).
• Design resilient integrations to support high-volume IAM transactions with reliability and fault tolerance.
• Deliver high-quality, performance-optimized automation for bulk IAM operations with robust logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Align automation initiatives with IAM roadmaps; use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to drive innovation.

  • B2B access policies
  • Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and native group management
• Ensure automation solutions aresecure, reusable, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Azure‑Based Automation Solutions

• Leverage Azure‑native services to buildevent‑driven and scalable automation, including:
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Container Apps
  • Azure Function Apps
• Design resilient integrations capable of supportinghigh‑volume IAM transactionswith reliability and fault tolerance.

Quality, Performance & Security

• Deliver high‑quality, performance‑optimized automation capable of handlingbulk IAM operations.
• Error handling and exception management
• Logging, monitoring, and alerting
• Security controls and access governance
• Ensure solutions align withidentity governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Work within aDevOps‑driven delivery modelusing:
  • Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control
  • CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to supportcontinuous delivery and operational excellence.

Strategic & Innovation Contributions

• Align automation initiatives with IAM strategic roadmaps and service objectives.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such asGitHub Copilot and Claude Sonnetto:
  • Improve development efficiency
  • Enhance code quality
  • Drive innovation across IAM automation services
