Job summary

Crowe is seeking an IAM Architect to shape identity and access management programs across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will lead strategy, reference architectures, and client engagements to secure identities and enable digital transformation.

The role combines leadership with hands-on design and implementation, working with prominent clients and Crowe teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions that align with risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of IAM, cybersecurity architecture, or related roles (consulting or industry).
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP.
• Experience with identity governance, PAM, and lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Okta.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and modern identity security approaches (MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC).
• Experience with API-based integrations and identity data flows (REST/JSON).
• Ability to script/automate (Python/SQL) to support identity integrations or data analysis.
• Experience supporting IAM implementations, transformations, or program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy development, roadmap creation, and reference architecture design.
• Define and deliver enterprise IAM architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Advise clients on Zero Trust and identity-centric security strategies.
• Present IAM architectures to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Architect and integrate IAM platforms with directories, APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
• Guide modern authentication approaches (SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC).
• Lead or support implementation of identity governance and privileged access controls.
• Collaborate on API-driven integrations and identity data flows.
• Support regulatory compliance and risk assessments within IAM efforts.
