Job description

MBI Digital is looking for an IAM Analyst Tier 2 support resource with total work experience of 6+ yrs and minimum 4+ yrs of related, progressive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The candidate should have PowerShell and SQL scripting skills to help automate/improve IAM workflow processes and also help with UAT efforts for system upgrades and fixes.
Candidate having SailPoint specific experience is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. 

This is a 100% remote opportunity with 6-12 months project engagement. The candidate should be willing to work in the Pacific time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s Identity Management system.
  • Grant or deny access to company resources based on user role and privileges. Create and manage user groups in the Identity and Access Management system.
  • Work closely with the IAM team to resolve Identity and Access Management problems and ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM system.
  • Identify, address, and troubleshoot issues related to IAM products, processes, and policies.
  • Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
  • Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
  • Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
  • Maintain IAM processes and procedures documentation.
  • Monitor and report on user activity in the Identity and Access Management system.
  • Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
  • Provide training to new users on the IAM system.
  • Provide operational support for IAM technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices.

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with IAM tools, technologies, concepts and best practices.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in PowerShell and SQL scripting.
