IAM Analyst (Tier 1)

Job description

MBI Digital is looking for an IAM Analyst Tier 1 support resource with total work experience of 4+ yrs and minimum 2+ yrs of related, progressive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Candidate having SailPoint specific experience is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.

This is a 100% remote opportunity with 6-12 months project engagement. The candidate should be willing to work in the Pacific time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system.
• Grant or deny access to company resources based on user role and privileges. Create and manage user groups in the identity and access management system.
• Work closely with the IAM team to resolve Identity and Access Management problems and ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
• Identify and address issues related to IAM products, processes, and policies.
• Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
• Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
• Maintain IAM processes and procedures documentation.
• Monitor and report on user activity in the identity and access management system.
• Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Total work experience of 4+ yrs with minimum 2+ yrs of related, progressive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Cloud is a plus.
