Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in Reno, NV. You will act as an escalation point for advanced identity issues and support special projects, continually seeking opportunities to improve workflows and enhance team performance.

You will analyze data, determine root causes across business units and regions, and collaborate with multiple departments to address risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years experience operating, troubleshooting, or managing a hybrid Active Directory (AD) environment and Office 365 deployment (AD objects, Entra, Office 365).
Knowledge of Microsoft security products/services and configurations; identity governance platforms; cybersecurity and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide escalation support for advanced identity issues across business units, platforms, and regions.
Identify root causes and implement solutions for identity-related problems.
Identify risks and coordinate with teams to mitigate them to protect operations.
Analyze environment data to drive data-based decisions and improvements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within IAM workflows and document them.
Coordinate projects, track milestones, and prepare meeting minutes.
