Qualifications

• IAM administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• IAM administration and access management tasks.
• Conduct quarterly and annual access reviews.
• Handle ServiceNow & JIRA ticket workflows.
• Manage RSA SecurID / MFA configurations and administration.
• Support Active Directory operations and IAM-related IT changes.
• Contribute to IAM projects and documentation.
• Monitor dashboards and respond to IAM mailbox inquiries.
• Prepare SQL-based IAM documentation.
