Ladders is seeking an IAM Analyst for a remote US-based role focused on identity and access management to protect enterprise systems and data.

The IAM Analyst will collaborate with security, audit, and application teams to ensure accurate provisioning, compliance alignment, and ongoing improvements to IAM solutions that strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IAM tools and user provisioning in enterprise environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts across various applications and platforms.
• Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications.
• Capture and record security event logs related to IAM activities.
• Review and process access requests, ensuring compliance with the least privilege principle.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing evidence of access controls and provisioning.
• Respond to audit questions regarding IAM processes and support security improvements.
• Participate in planning and implementing IAM solutions.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a IAM Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will support identity and access management operations that help protect enterprise systems, applications, and user data.

The IAM Analyst will work closely with security, audit, and application teams to ensure access is provisioned accurately and in alignment with compliance requirements.

The position also contributes to process improvements and the implementation of IAM solutions that strengthen overall security posture.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,000 – $120,000 annually
