4th Day Trucking is hiring a Local CDL Class A Truck Driver for our dedicated fleet, offering 100% home daily and a predictable schedule with two set days off each week. The role covers the I-5 corridor through Northern California toward Reno, NV, using specialized drop-and-hook trailers and lift-gate equipment.

You'll drive day or night shifts, with weekend work and peak periods featuring six-day weeks. Earn a gross weekly pay around $1,300, plus per-stop and unload incentives,

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.
• 6+ months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12+ months in the last 5 years.
• Must pass DOT drug screen (Urine & Hair follicle testing).
• Must reside within 30 miles of Woodland/Sacramento area or reside in Reno, NV.

Local CDL Class A Truck Driver – Dedicated Fleet – Daily Hometime

Position Overview

• Hometime Routine: 100% Home Daily with 2 set days off per week.
• Operating Territory: I-5 corridor through Northern California running into Reno, NV.
• Freight Setup: Specialized roller door trailers and lift-gate equipment (primarily drop-and-hook).
• Shift Details: Day & Night shifts available (Weekend work required; 6-day schedules expected during peak retail pushes).

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• Gross Weekly Pay: ~$1,300 average per week (with higher earning potential during 6-day peak pushes).
• Mileage Rates: Tiered rate progression spanning $0.63 to $0.70 CPM based on tenure.
• Accessorials: $15.00 stop pay + $40.00 express unload bonus on lift-gate trailers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.
• Experienced drivers (6+ months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12+ months in the last 5 years).
• Must pass DOT Drug Screen (Urine & Hair follicle testing mandatory).
• Must reside within 30 miles of Woodland/Sacramento area or reside in Reno, NV.
