Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A local drivers to run a dedicated account in Northern California. Drivers operate routes throughout Sacramento and the Bay Area and are home daily.

The compensation includes a weekly pay range of 1,300–1,500 USD and an hourly range of 24.00–27.50 USD depending on experience, with full benefits after 30 days including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off. Orientation in Lathrop, CA is paid at $300, and weekend work is typically required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recent Class A driving experience.
• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• Residence within 40 miles of Sacramento, CA.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate local routes in Northern California, including Sacramento and Bay Area.
• Home daily with no-touch freight in reefer trailers.
• Perform 1–2 days of yard duties weekly.
• Attend a paid orientation in Lathrop, CA.

• 1–2 days per week performing yard duties (hosteling trailers)
• 1 day Orientation in Lathrop, CA (paid $300)
• 7-day operation; weekend work required for most drivers
• Minimum requirements:
• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months recent Class A driving experience
• Clean driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI in the past 5 years
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• 10-year work history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Residence within 40 miles of Sacramento, CA
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety
