Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking an Electrical Technician (I/O focus) in Sedro-Woolley, WA. You will install, wire, test, and commission proprietary control and instrumentation systems, supporting field startups and shop-based assembly.

Responsibilities include wiring verification, I/O checkout, and PLC/HMI troubleshooting, with travel to Sedron facilities and strong collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or vocational training in instrumentation or electronics preferred.
• Experience installing, calibrating, and maintaining instrumentation.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate field I/O wiring, instrumentation, sensors, switches, and control devices.
• Verify wiring against drawings, schematics, I/O lists, and equipment documentation.
• Perform point-to-point checks from field devices through panels and PLC I/O.
• Assist with electrical inspections and pre-startup safety reviews.
• Support commissioning of Sedron equipment at shop and field locations.
• Troubleshoot PLC I/O and control-system problems during startup.
