Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Licking, OH is hiring an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker to engage families at home and in the community, deliver I-FAST interventions, and support children aged 5-21 through skilled, trauma-informed care. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree or three years relevant experience preferred).

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or 3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to handle confidential information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home/community settings to identify goals and barriers.
• Provide direct interventions using the I-FAST model.
• Conduct thorough client/family assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with schools, courts, care management entities, and other teams.
