Job summary

Envases Commerce, LLC in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced maintenance technician focused on calibration, instrumentation, and control systems for a high-speed beverage can line. You will calibrate sensors, maintain PLC/DCS/HMI hardware, and diagnose complex faults on 480V systems.

This role requires 3–5 years in instrumentation in manufacturing, a high school diploma (or GED), and willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends; overtime and emergency on-call support are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of instrumentation and electronic controls experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and P&IDs; experience with Allen-Bradley PLC hardware.
• Ability to use precision electrical test equipment and hand tools.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate field instrumentation and precision measurement systems on high-speed lines.
• Maintain PLC/DCS/HMI hardware and assist with program modifications.
• Diagnose faults in control circuits and network communication modules.
• Troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, and low-voltage systems.
• Follow safety regulations and participate in RCA and LOTO procedures.
